Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Treatment plans are provided ahead of time for all surgeries, as well as for pets requiring hospitalization. If medical work-up or ongoing care (including surgery or dentistry) has been recommended by one of our doctors and you have not received an treatment estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Innisfil Veterinary Hospital understands this and we would be happy to discuss making special arrangements through the Petcard Finance program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application.
